Very clean, quiet, great location on the top of Sugar Mountain, great for two adults. The unit was all we needed for our 4 day stay. Unit was very small with no air conditioner but we stayed on the move all days and didn't spend daytime hours in thecondo, only nights. Really appreciated having a neat, clean place to stay for our long weekend in the Banner Elk area.

The place was great! Comfortable, everything we needed was there. Super convenient to the skiing which was exactly what we were looking for!

Perfect spot for a quick ski trip with my teenage daughter. Very convenient to ski lift. We'll be back!
